I won’t call these chocolate covered espresso beans because although that’s what they were intended to be they kind of refused to separate from each other once I dunked them in the chocolate bath…. so I just went with it. The espresso “clusters” are equally tasty, I assure you.
Really though, this recipe couldn’t get any easier. I feel like I’m cheating by even calling it a recipe. Here’s what you do:
I put my chocolate beans in little espresso cups (purchased for less than $5 each at Home Goods) and wrapped them with a small piece of tulle for an adorable gift. These would be perfect for your co-workers or students during exams.
