I feel for all you married people because I spent a good amount of time thinking about this one. Anniversary gifts that do not include the classic flowers and a card are a challenge, but I think I came up with a few good ones:
-
First, I know most of the time we end up complaining that these little clutches don’t fit everything we need…maybe that’s just me…but there is no girl that doesn’t love a reason to use one of these dressy accessories ($56). Slip some play tickets inside to give her an excuse to use the clutch.
-
If you’re a newlywed, you may want to wait to use this one. You can order a printing of the front page of NY Times for any day you choose (E.g. your Wedding Day). They will print it on marble, coasters or a clock ($60-$70). Pretty cool gift if you’re celebrating big numbers.
-
If all else fails, jewelry is the answer. You can never ever go wrong with some sparkly bling, BUT I like something a little more unique like these jade beauties ($240). You’ll win some mega points when all her friends want to know where she got them.
Stay tuned for Part II tomorrow, anniversary gifts for your guy.
