Christmas Cookies

In the midst of holiday craziness I always take a day to make Christmas cookies. The holidays just don’t feel right without a little almond flavored sugar cookies in the shape of something festive. Don’t you agree? This year I mixed it up with these Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies. They were delicioso.
