Popcorn is one of my go-to snacks but it doesn’t usually go beyond tossing a bag in the microwave. Well, let me be the first to tell you that fresh popped kernels are far superior and sometimes…when your hunger and/or laziness is under control…the few extra steps are really worth the effort. Toss in some parmesan cheese and/or dried spices and you’ve got yourself a gourmet popcorn.
All three of these flavors (recipes here: spice, cheese & caramel) are pretty delicious but the caramel corn is the all time winner. It’s definitely worth the sticky teeth sacrifice.
